Minio Studio reached Top Forbes on the 33rd position and almost tripled its team in less than 2 years since its launch, it still needed to recruit talented people, with a strong digital expertise. Gen Z and Millenial candidates are not so easily impressed, so we decided to make a recruitment campaign that will draw their attention.

As Minio was only 3, we had difficulties in recruiting talents – Romanian market very crowded, with multiple global agencies having officer here. Their employment offer would be way more attractive than ours. So what could we do?

We created one single video that recreated a well-known local story “Amintiri din Copilărie” (Childhood Memories) in a modern way, by using digital media. The campaign was named “The most creative Recruitment Ad”, by the editor in chief of the most important HR publication in Romania, Cariere Magazine and was also awarded with Silver for Social Media at PR Award in 2018.

We created one single video that recreated a well-known local story “Amintiri din Copilărie” (Childhood Memories) in a modern way, by using digital media. We used the video in a Facebook Ads campaign, Instagram, Google, Foursquare, Gmail and even local websites – OLX, all leading to our interesting Careers landing page

The campaign also included a series of 3 ads, promoting the available position. They were also connected with the video and stand out – generating over 3.100 unique link clicks.

Direct mailing

A gift was sent to top influencers in Marcomm field. It included the familiar and original book, as well as a USB with our clip. They all posted about our campaign.

The campaign was awarded SILVER in the Social Media Category, one of the most desired and crowded categories of Romanian PR Award.
